I was born and raised in a beautiful city of Banja Luka, located in Bosnia & Herzegovina but in 2014 my journey led me to Zagreb, Croatia. As a kid, I was always active. Constantly exploring new interests and activities. Around 2000-2001, I discovered karate, a passion that kept me driven for nearly seven years. Competing at regional, national, and European levels, I earned multiple gold medals in kumite championships.
As a teenager, my focus shifted to breakdancing, which sparked an entirely new adventure. Driven by that, I hitchhiked over 12,000 kilometers across Europe between 2008 and 2013, to compete and fully engage with the dance scene and hip hop culture.
These days, I'm more of a family man, with my most active moments spent in nature, gym or playing Beat Saber with my kids.
Design has been a core part of my life since high school. Thanks to a great professor, I landed my first freelance projects while I was still a student, working on technical drawings, 3D models, and graphic design for a company in Stuttgart, Germany. While many of my peers pursued engineering or architecture, I knew design was my path. Back then, I was simply known as "designer", creating everything from websites and animations to print materials and landing pages.
Today, I specialize in UX/UI and product design, bringing a unique perspective of deep technical knowledge, behavioral expertise, and business understanding to every project. Over the years, I've worked on web and mobile platforms, wearable tech, and even gaming consoles, collaborating closely with developers to ensure seamless execution. My experience allows me to design in a way that optimise development speed while maintaining a strong focus on user experience. I don’t just create interfaces, I build experiences that align with both user needs and business goals.
Beyond my daily tasks, I’m always looking for new ways to grow, connect, and contribute to the design community. Whether it’s through freelance projects, speaking at events, or mentorship opportunities, I enjoy collaborating with like-minded professionals to push design forward.
